Provision of Digital Content:

No shipping costs apply to digital content (data created and provided digitally).

Digital content will be sent to you as a file via email within 48 hours after the contract is concluded (or after your payment if prepayment has been agreed).

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany will be made within 2-5 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment if prepayment has been agreed). Please note, no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If you order items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time will be determined based on the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

For custom-designed goods, the creation of the proof will take place within 3-14 days after the contract is concluded, and the execution of the design work and delivery will occur within 3-7 days after the proof is approved (or after your payment if prepayment has been agreed), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.

Liability Disclaimer for Uninsured Letter Shipping

  1. Scope of Agreement

This agreement governs the conditions for uninsured letter shipping by the company "PrinTec-Technology" through the shipping service provider "DHL Paket GmbH," which is responsible for delivering the letter to the recipient.

  1. Uninsured Shipping

The sender offers the option of uninsured letter shipping to the recipient. The shipment is sent as a letter and is not insured. Once the letter is in the mail, the responsibility for loss, damage, or delayed delivery transfers to the buyer.

  1. Liability Disclaimer

The sender is not liable for loss, damage, or delayed delivery of letters sent via the uninsured shipping method. This includes cases of force majeure, unforeseen events, or actions by third parties.

  1. Insured Shipping

The sender alternatively offers insured shipping for letters, which incurs separate fees. Clarification of the conditions and costs of insured shipping must be obtained before shipment.

  1. Agreement

By using the uninsured letter shipping option, the sender agrees to the terms of this liability disclaimer.

  1. Severability Clause

Should any provision of this agreement be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

  1. Amendment Clause

The sender reserves the right to amend or supplement this agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated in writing and take effect after a reasonable period.
