DHL Päckchen XS is suitable for small shipments weighing up to 2 kg. We offer free shipping throughout the EU for orders of €99 or more.

Available shipping methods depend on weight, dimensions and destination country. Please note: DHL Päckchen XS is only available for shipments weighing up to 2 kg. The actual shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
Understanding the Different Shipping Methods
– Full shipment tracking: DHL Parcel (Germany and EU), including DHL liability coverage up to €500.
– Basic tracking only: Standard letters and large letters with a matrix code.
– No shipment tracking: Merchandise shipments and regular DHL small parcels do not include shipment tracking. For shipping envelopes, tracking availability depends on the actual shipping service selected. For valuable or time-sensitive orders, we recommend DHL Parcel.
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected regardless of the shipping method selected.
