– Full shipment tracking: DHL Parcel (Germany and EU), including DHL liability coverage up to €500.
– Basic tracking only: Standard letters and large letters with a matrix code.
– No shipment tracking: Merchandise shipments and regular DHL small parcels do not include shipment tracking. For shipping envelopes, tracking availability depends on the actual shipping service selected. For valuable or time-sensitive orders, we recommend DHL Parcel.
