This reinforced relocation kit suitable for the Kawasaki Z900 (from 2020 to 2024) is specially designed to discreetly position the horn. It impresses with its precise fit and high durability. The bracket is made from Polyamide 12 GF, reinforced with 15–25% glass fibers, by PrinTec-Technology in Germany, thus offering maximum stability and resilience.

Before installation, turn off the ignition and remove the key. Route the original horn wiring harness to the mask. Loosen the windshield. Then you can loosen the two silver hex screws. Mount the horn to the new bracket according to the exploded drawing in the product images and hand-tighten the nut. Now you can mount the bracket in the designated position using the two hex screws. Tighten these with a maximum of 4.5 Nm and medium-strength thread locker. Route the cables in the mask so that the horn is not touched. Ensure the correct seating of the cable lugs and check the function after installation.
