Manufactured by PrinTec-Technology from high-quality polyamide 12 and reinforced with 15–20% glass fiber, it offers excellent stability and resistance – even under heavy loads. The precise fit allows for easy installation and ensures that the speedometer functions perfectly again after repair.

You have a choice between two versions/components:

• the speedometer pinion including the pre-assembled drive shaft for particularly easy and quick installation
• or just the speedometer pinion, which you can press onto the existing drive shaft after removing the defective part.

With this high-quality replacement part, you ensure the reliable operation of your speedometer and maintain the performance of your vehicle.

⚠️Installation Note⚠️

• Before installation, check that the metal worm gear is in perfect condition and matches the correct pinion size or pairing (part number). Also ensure that the speedometer shaft moves and rotates smoothly.
• The shaft for the new drive shaft or your existing shaft should also be in perfect condition, so that the shaft rotates smoothly and without resistance after installation. If this is not the case, we recommend machining the shaft with a 10.00 mm H7 reamer or replacing it if necessary.
• Also make sure that there are no foreign objects or debris in the gearbox. If such contaminants are present, we recommend disassembling the housing, cleaning it thoroughly, and thus avoiding future damage.
