ℹ️Installation Instructionsℹ️

1. Ensure that there are no foreign objects such as abrasion, wear particles, defects, or dirt in the motor. If any of these criteria apply, we recommend disassembling and thoroughly cleaning the motor. Also, use fresh grease when installing the gear to ensure optimal function and longevity.
2. Before installing the gear, ensure that the freewheel function is working correctly. To check this, hold the plastic gear firmly and turn the drive shaft: The shaft should lock in one of the two directions.
3. The replacement gear is pressed onto the drive shaft using a small hydraulic press, an arbor press, or alternatively a vise (see installation video).
4. Please mount the gear according to the instructions in the installation video and pay attention to precise, straight alignment on the drive shaft.
