ℹ️ Assembly instructions ℹ️

1. Ensure that there are no foreign objects such as abrasion, wear particles, defects, or dirt in the motor. If any of these criteria apply, we recommend disassembling the motor and cleaning it thoroughly. Also, use fresh grease when assembling the gear to ensure optimal function and longevity.
2. Before installing the gear, ensure that the freewheel function works correctly. To check this, hold the plastic gear firmly and turn the drive shaft: the shaft should lock in one of the two directions.
3. The replacement gear is pressed onto the drive shaft using a small hydraulic press, a rotary mandrel press or alternatively a vise (see assembly video).
4. Please disassemble and reassemble the gear according to the instructions in the assembly video. Pay particular attention to precise and straight alignment on the drive shaft (gluing with JB adhesive is recommended – reliable and strong).
