ℹ️Assembly Instructionsℹ️

1. Ensure that there are no foreign bodies such as abrasion, wear particles, defects, or dirt in the motor. If any of these criteria apply, we recommend disassembling and thoroughly cleaning the motor. Additionally, use fresh grease when assembling the gear to ensure optimal function and longevity.
2. Before mounting the gear, ensure that the freewheel function works perfectly. To check this, hold the plastic gear firmly and turn the drive shaft: the shaft should lock in one of the two directions.
3. The replacement gear is pressed onto the drive shaft using a small hydraulic press, an arbor press, or alternatively a vise (see assembly video).
4. Please disassemble and assemble the gear according to the instructions in the assembly video. Pay particular attention to precise and straight alignment on the drive shaft.
