ℹ️ Assembly instructions ℹ️

1. Ensure that there are no foreign objects such as abrasion, wear particles, defects, or dirt in the motor. If any of the above criteria apply, we recommend disassembling the motor and thoroughly cleaning it. Also, use fresh grease when reassembling the gear to ensure optimal function and longevity.
2. Before installing the gear, ensure that the freewheel function is working properly. To check this, hold the plastic gear and turn the drive shaft: The shaft should lock in one of the two directions.
3. The replacement gear is pressed onto the drive shaft using a small hydraulic press, a mandrel press or alternatively a vice (see assembly video).
4. Please disassemble and assemble the gear according to the instructions in the assembly video. Pay particular attention to precise and straight alignment on the drive shaft.
